Michael is completely new to radio presenting, having only ever been a listener before joining Sheffield Hospital Radio in 2025. Since stepping behind the microphone, he's discovered a real passion for sharing great music with our listeners.

His musical tastes are wonderfully eclectic, ranging from country and pop to musicals, folk and just about everything in between. He loves discovering new artists, digging out forgotten one-hit wonders and sharing those unforgettable earworm classics that spark memories and conversations.

Away from the studio, Michael can usually be found attempting to play football without picking up an injury, or spending time with his family exploring the beautiful Peak District and the parks of Sheffield.

Michael's aim is simple: to brighten your day with great music and good company.
