We Are A Voluntary Staffed Charity

Many people think that hospital radio is just about playing a few music tracks. Over 40% of inpatients in Sheffield hospitals aren't fortunate enough to have visits from family or friends. Our volunteers may be the only people they meet in hospital who isn't there to talk about their medical condition.

Our staff are all unpaid volunteers who give thousands of their hours for free to provide this service. Each year we need to raise around £4,000. Can you help us make this happen?

Our New Trustee

We are proud to anounce that we have a new Trustee joining the board of Trustees. Welcome Howard Pressman a name well know in the area having worked for Radio Hallam and currently working for BBC Radio Sheffield. We can't wait to start working with Howard as he will be bringing a wealth of Radio experince to the team.
