My love of radio began from an early age, recording the top 40, and lying on my bedroom floor writing out song lyrics. Born and bred in Sheffield, I'm proud to have been involved with Sheffield Hospital Radio for around ten years.

Alongside my broadcasting role, I'm Chairman of Sheffield Sports Commentaries, providing in-ground commentary for blind and visually impaired supporters at both Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United. It was through helping out in the studio that I first got the opportunity to become involved with Sheffield Hospital Radio—and I've never looked back.

My first music programme was a Thursday evening show alongside my good friend Rob Moore. Although the pandemic brought that programme to an end, it also led to a new chapter.

Today I present The Perfect Mix every Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, bringing together the perfect mix of music, chat and, of course, plenty of sport. I hope you'll tune in and join me!
